Event & Meetings Planning Management provided by the Access Team of Professionals are designed to assist you in conducting the “perfect meeting and/or event” to achieve your goals and objectives.

Our mission is to provide the facility, technology, food and beverage, and Team member support to make your next meeting go smoothly and efficiently. We promise to help you look “great!”

The Access Conference & Collaboration Center was designed to provide the most productive environment for medium and small meetings. While we can provide Event & Meetings Planning Management for larger meetings, we consider our facility to best be utilized for a maximum of thirty attendees.

Our facility was designed to incorporate various meeting, collaboration, learning and educational elements. These various elements are called “work modes.” By incorporating these various work modes into the design of the center, we have changed the dynamics of the meeting to allow greater enjoyment, participation, and the experience of attendees. We want your attendees to want to come back to utilize our facility again and again. Team Building is made easy at Access.

In order to accomplish this, we have designed what we believe to be a “world class facility” that will add the “wow factor” to your next meeting and/or event. For larger meetings we can of course provide assistance at an off-site location such as a hotel or other facility. We know how to get this done for you.
